The one garment everyone dreads making – or just a case of baggy drawers?
They are required to fit:-

  • flat bottoms
  • full rounded bottoms
  • tubby tummies
  • small thighs
  • large thighs

Well dread no more!

Come and learn the basic techniques of creating a trouser pattern just for you and your own individual figure.

The finished basic block pattern will be made up in a calico toile to check for proportions, shape and fit.
You will never need to buy another trouser pattern again using this method of pattern drafting – you will just have a trouser pattern that fits beautifully!

  1. Will the trouser fitting course be running this year? I cannot find it on the course calendar. I know my daughter has been looking for a similar course, mand this would be a perfect gift for her. Harrogate would be perfect, as she will be moving back in June, but Leeds is do-able.

    • Hello Eileen yes the trouser pattern drafting course is still running on: 6 June, 14 July, 8 Aug (Harrogate) 1 Sept 8 Oct 14 Nov. the calendar can be found by just clicking on the website course calendar. If you would like to come on any of the dates please just email me and I will send you all details, and a booking form. Regards Gillian

  3. Hello, please can you confirm if this course would be suitable to look at men’s trousers? Thank you, Stephen
